Objectives
Upon completion of this course in full, participants will have:
- Demonstrated knowledge of and be able to explain basic legal principles and terminology as they impact on the health care system
- Applied critical thinking skills to selected health law cases in order to obtain and interpret the information contained in the cases
- Demonstrated an ability to apply health case law and statute law to practical health care situations
